Marie Webster (Clinic Manager)

Marie manages all the day to day enquiries and appointments and will always be happy to answer any questions you may have about our clinic.

Paul Jones (Clinic Lead & Director)

Senior chartered physiotherapist working within the NHS & British Judo.  Paul trained at Salford University prior to working within a number of large Teaching Hospitals in Liverpool & St. Helens areas specialising in the musculoskeletal field.

Paul has worked for a number of Rugby league clubs including St. Helens RLFC, Leigh Centurions and England Women’s Rugby League prior to taking up the position with British Judo  involving travel throughout Europe for competitions. Paul worked with the England Commonwealth Judo team Glasgow 2014.  He has recently completed a Spinal Manipulation course, accredited by the MACP (which is the Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists) which looked at manipulations of all parts of the spine – cervical, thoracic and lumbar vertebrae.

Alongside his busy schedule within the NHS & British Judo Paul manages the clinic on a day to day basis and is a Senior Partner in the business. His areas of special interest are Spinal manipulations, acupuncture and sports specific rehabilitation.

 

Emma Painter

A chartered physiotherapist with experience working within the NHS & private sector.

Emma graduated in 2009 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Liverpool and is a Health Professions Council (HPC) registered physiotherapist.  Emma is currently completing her Masters in Manual Therapy At Manchester Metropolitan University.

Emma has gained specialist experience from working closely alongside orthopaedic consultants within a busy teaching hospital and is a keen horse rider, competing in dressage events and snowboarding in her spare time.  Furthermore Emma is a qualified acupuncturist and has a special interest in pilates and uses this knowledge to help rehabilitate spinal dysfunctions and muscle imbalances.
